This information is used to respond to your requests, fulfill orders, and communicate about the programs and products you have requested.

We do not sell personal information. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe; card details are never stored on our servers.

To request removal of your information from our mailing list, use the contact form and we will process your request.

This website provides information about Dr. John Wynn and his affiliated organizations. Content is provided for informational purposes and may be updated at any time.

All content, artwork and materials on this site are the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.

Statements regarding professional credentials and affiliations reflect information supplied by and verified for Dr. John Wynn.

Physical products, including print editions, are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days of a confirmed order.

Shipping options and rates, where applicable, are shown at checkout. Digital products require no shipping.

Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition for a refund of the purchase price.

Digital products (eBooks, webinar replays, downloads) are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

Curriculum licenses are governed by the Curriculum Licensing Terms below.

Digital purchases are licensed for the personal or organizational use of the purchaser, as described at checkout.

Access instructions for digital products are delivered by our team following a completed order. Redistribution or resale of digital content is prohibited.

If you experience an issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we will make it right.

Curriculum licenses grant the purchasing organization the right to use the licensed materials with the stated number of participants for the duration of the license term (12 months unless otherwise stated).

Licensed materials may not be resold, redistributed outside the licensed organization, or used outside the licensed cohort size without an updated license.

License renewals, additional cohorts and print reorders can be arranged through the licensing page or by contacting our team.
