License Agreement

This Curriculum License Agreement (the "Agreement") is between Dr. John Wynn Empowerment Enterprises ("we," "us") and the person or organization purchasing or using the materials ("you," the "Licensee").

By checking the box "I agree to the License Agreement" and completing your purchase, you accept this Agreement. If you are purchasing for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept it on the organization's behalf.

This Agreement covers Dr. John Wynn's curriculum and workbook materials sold or licensed through doctorjohnwynn.com, including the Youth Empowered to Succeed (YES) Curriculum Workbook, the YES Facilitator Training Manual, The Exchange Challenge workbook, curriculum licenses, free samples, and any related digital files (the "Materials").

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Materials as described below. You are buying a license to use the Materials — not ownership of the Materials or their content.

Workbooks (single copy): one workbook purchase is for one participant. You may download it, read it on your own devices and print one copy for that participant's personal use.

Facilitator Training Manual: licensed for use by the purchasing facilitator, or by facilitators within the purchasing organization, to lead the curriculum. It may not be shared with participants or with other organizations.

Curriculum licenses (cohort tiers): allow the purchasing organization to use the licensed Materials with up to the stated number of participants for 12 months from purchase, unless a different term is stated in writing.

Free samples: for preview and evaluation only. They may not be copied for use with a group.

Copy, print or distribute the Materials beyond what your license allows — for example, printing one workbook for a whole class.

Resell, rent, lend, sublicense or give the Materials to anyone outside your licensed use.

Post the Materials, or any substantial part of them, online, on a shared drive open to others, on social media or in a learning platform accessible beyond your licensed participants.

Remove or change copyright notices, the author's name or branding.

Create and distribute adapted, translated or derivative versions without our written permission.

Use the Materials outside the cohort size or term you purchased without obtaining an updated license.

All Materials are © Dr. John Wynn / Dr. John Wynn Empowerment Enterprises. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved. "Youth Empowered to Succeed," "YES," "The Exchange Challenge" and related names and logos are used by us to identify our programs.

Digital Materials are delivered as downloadable files. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final once the files have been delivered, except where required by law.

If a file is damaged, incomplete or you were charged twice, contact us within 30 days and we will replace the file or refund the duplicate charge.

Need more copies, a larger cohort, a longer term, print editions or multi-site use? Request a quote on the Curriculum page. Volume and enterprise licenses may include additional written terms, which will control if they conflict with this Agreement.

The Materials are educational and inspirational resources. They are not counseling, therapy, medical, legal or financial advice, and they do not replace professional care. Facilitators are responsible for the safety and supervision of their participants, including following their own organization's policies for working with minors.

The Materials are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Materials, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Materials.

This license ends automatically if you break its terms. When a license ends or expires, you must stop using the Materials covered by it and delete or destroy any copies you are no longer licensed to keep.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update this Agreement for future purchases; the version you accepted at purchase applies to that purchase.
